Our Process
We take great pride in our work and meeting our customers satisfaction. By using the latest techniques, tooling and adhesives to fabricate your granite and marble countertops, our final product beats the competition. We look forward to working on your project and making new friends. Here you will find our simple process from start to finish.
1. First step is to contact us
HOW ARE GRANITE AND QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS MADE?
You can fill out our “Need A Quote?” form on the side of this page and we will be in contact with you withing 24 hrs. For quicker service, you can call us direct at 832-236-0896. We will discuss your project and take note of what is needed to meet your expectations.
2. Draw a sketch
We will need a sketch to give you a more accurate estimate. The sketch can either be e-mailed to us at info@AgelessStoneworks.com or you can simply snap a picture of your sketch and text it to us at 832-236-0896. Make sure and list your contact information on the sketch so we can contact you. If you don’t feel comfortable drawing a sketch, we can set up an appointment to do an in-house estimate.
3. Select your Slabs
Our customers are encouraged to visit the slab yard and select their slabs. If possible bring a cabinet door and floor tile to place against the slab. This will get you a better idea on how the finished kitchen will look. Once slabs are selected, they are tagged and prepared for fabrication.
4. Templating
Acurate templates are taken of your kitchen. Templates help us with seam location(s) and layout. The templates are taken back to our fabrication facility and used to fabricate your kitchen countertops.
5. Fabrication
Our fabrication facility is one of the best in Houston. True craftsman take great pride in fabricating your countertops. Each top is cut on our water bridge saw, routed edges and finsished off by carefully polishing the edges by hand. Seams are milled with the latest in tooling to produce our phantom seams.
6. Installation
Now were ready for install! Once the date is scheduled we will arrive on site with the finished product. Get ready to have a transformed kitchen. We look forward to meeting you and make your dream kitchen a reality.
